    I'm smol and skinny but this makes me just want to work harder to actually have muscles and just be stronger for self defense just because you never know if you'll need it. If someone tries to take me I'm not strong. I'm 13 and I'm basically a twig. So yeah this motivated me. Thank you.

    I hate numbers I don't do numbers. I refuse it. I've only done it because of medical reasons (research for my disease). I found I dropped weight because of liver issues at the start of the year due to a medication. I was honestly slightly terrified, sure I can do to lose some weight but it was scary because it was a fair few kilos within a month. I continued to lose a little until the next few months. Now I've levelled out (my hips haven't lost girth since). I know I can't exercise like I'd want to, I can't hike like I did in a past. I struggle just to do my physio. I felt heartbroken when they neuro physio said we don't expect you to get into the gym actually we advise against it, here we're just trying to help you keep what you've got. I felt lost, I still do. I can bearly get to the bathroom a lot of days.
    I need to get my oomph back but I just don't know where to go to get it.

    I’m starting my workout journey this summer and this helped with motivation. My weight is something I’ve struggled with my whole life (so far) and it’s partly genetic. I work with a trainer now but he has me doing weights that are too heavy for the fact that I’m 14 and started working out 3 days ago. While he does work with some lower weights he also hands me 20lbs cowbells that I can barely lift let alone do step-ups/squats with.

    Thank you for this..I’ve been on my journey since October and I keep “restarting” when I have a bad week. I’m now 4 weeks into my current restart and I have been feeling down cuz of no changes in the scale and minimal changes in my body. This video is so relatable.     i 100% agree with gabbie, if you choose to do this whole weight loss journey its not just life changing physically but mentally aswell. I myself am just in the middle of weight loss and its changed the way i think completely. Towards the end im sure ill realize that it wasnt just the way my body looked that made me hate myself but me as a person and at the end of the day even if you do reach your goals you have to take time for yourself and learn to love the skin that you are in
