    I love that you didn’t lose a huge amount of weight but you look so amazing! It reminds me that even if I don’t keep losing a ton of weight i still am having progress. Started at 200 lbs and now I’m 165 lbs at 5’1 ❤️

      Nikkithecatty simple tips for your age would be just don’t eat fast food or any unhealthy food, eat fruits and vegetables, and don’t eat too many meals a day. Keep it at 2-3 meals a day

    9:34 TRUTH. took me 34 years to make the connection between "random" weight gain and negative body image and hormonal changes from that time of the month. It's like clockwork, and yet still every month I gain 6 one from nowhere, and start to think WHAT'S HAPPENING IS THIS WORTH IT?? and then I restart a cycle and Bam, all back to normal and I realize, "oooooooh.... yeah that happens every month... Oh I did it again...."

    I'm now realizing the ups and downs of a weight loss journey are normal. Women really are stronger than men, we have it so much harder with so many things. I love the realness of this. This is what a weight loss journey actually looks like. I thought I was the only one that had dramatic up and downs with it. That was a dumb assumption.

    So, I understand what Gabbie went through, but her starting weight would be amazing for me, I weigh over 300 pounds and it is very very hard for me to lose weight, giving up has definitely been thought of several times. I feel disgusting 24/7 and have hated my body for years. I just wish I knew what to do.

    I'm 14 and 5'7". I weigh 150 pounds. I got super sick in March and lost 35 pounds in 1 week. I felt great about my body. It was horrible, I now know that I was gaining weight due to slow motility (stomach) and constant allergic reactions.
    Anyways thank you for sharing your stories.

    It usually doesn't bother me but hearing you put it into words kind of made me upset lol. You are ALOT more emotional than I am though. Personality wise. I don't get discouraged. I just feel like a bad bitch bc of how far I've come.

    Iv been so insecure about my weight and body since I was 13. I am 18 now.. I get told all the time there is nothing wrong with me, but iv changed my eating habits and iv lost some weight it's tough especially mentally when I used food for comfort..
