I had few days of cheat on a 3-4 weeks period and i gain a lot of weight plus my feet and hands feel swallown so i am just gonna quit doing them and watch yours. You were the reason i start doing them from a 500 calories a day diet but seems they just don t work for me. You look amazing and keep doing them because you look so happy and always the same. Kiss!!
