      what i do is 40ct packages.
      then tender meat from a pig. then slice it when its raw in thin 5mm slices. bake them at a high temperature for a short period of time.
      then i make what you can call upgraded instant ramen.
      ----------------
      since its quite a lot of work to make your own pasta i dont always do this
      but i do make ALWAYS my own lasagna sheets.
      and create a 5-8 layered lasagna, depending on how much sauce i have.
      lasagna sheets are quite thin (like setting 2-3, on my manual roller)

    You called it "tonkAtsu" ramen pretty much every time. Torturous. Tonkatsu is a breaded pork cutlet, not tonkotsu ramen. Just saying. Also "tare" is just the Japanese word meaning "sauce"....

    Unpopular opinion maybe feature a person from the ethnic food you’re gonna do?     Ah yes, i remember my very first Christmas/wedding where I too received my one and only Shiny new stand mixer pasta roller. I remember asking Aunt and Uncle Murphy where they had bought it from and all they could tell me was that it was gifted to them by another friend who had it gifted to them.
    I am still yet to find any kind of product like this in any store or online.
    Only Ebay, where other giftee's are selling them.

    Authentic recipes which are very much appreciated. However, SLOW DOWN your speech. I like the fast pace, but please.... less words! There is no reason to stress out your viewers with this express train monotone, its robotic and goddamned irritating! So is the ridiculous background noise called 'music'. No music, very few words, a good video make.

    This is great if you live where you only have these ingredients. You can make much better food with less effort. I question your culinary skills and deference to a culture you really know nothing about. Why not use real anchovies? Beat the dough with a dowel then use a 100$ food processor. Do you just like to hear yourself talk? This is shit food and you are a shit cook. Use more soy sauce.

    I dig your content, but I have a pet peeve about people saying "Tonkatsu" ramen when it's "Tonkotsu" ramen.
    In Japanese, each vowel only has one pronunciation, so the O character makes the same exact sound in the beginning of the word as it does in the end of the word.
    Tonkatsu = Fried Panko Breaded Pork Cutlet
    Tonkotsu = Pork Bone Broth
    Tohn-koh-tsu
    Not
    Tohn-kaht-tsu
    Not really your fault, just a thing that grates on me lol.

    not differentiating between hon-mirin and aji-mirin? there's a difference there. aji-mirin is basically salt and corn syrup. hon-mirin is the actual cooking wine, without added salt.
