    This is too far from the real Beijing Duck. If you wanna try the real one, please visit China. This is a dish that most Chinese people won't make at home since it's too complicated and require a professional cooking station to finish it. Trust me, there is no way for the duck in this recipe to get half close to the real one.

    I suggest you to visit Beijing and try at least 5 different bbq duck restaurants. Even Peking duck in Beijing has many different styles.

      @Radoslav Ivanov okay. I'm sorry I didn't know Bulgarian people have similar names to Russian people. Yes I know about Orthodox Christianity. In Tbilisi I saw many Orthodox priests. The black dress makes them look gangster lol.
      Reincarnation is the thing about next life. Only Hindus and Buddhist people believe this so that's why I was wondering how somebody who is not from South Asia knows this. Let alone believe it.

    After i see this...i am totally discouraged to even try and i cook all my life..Its better to go once a while to the Chinese restaurant and enjoy it there. Duck baked the German style, with red cabbage and dumplings looks somehow very attractive to me in comparison to this. Hedhehe I actually never eat Peking duck..but I can imagine the crispiness of the must be crunchy, heavenly sound.

    Did u know that alu foil used at high temperatures causes Alzheimer? I think your Peking duck is awesome but I advise you to look for an alternative. If you don't believe me then just do your own research.

Also, I would't call 5 days of work "a little bit of patience". The scope of this video is way off. This should be presented as a master class.
