    I think I'm somewhat like Claire, my arms are sticks, like my wrists look abnormal, but my stomach looks a lot more fat, like I've been trying to lose weight, excersize more (but I can't since I'm only 12 and can only work out in my house and it's too dark for me to go out and run most of the time) the weird thing is, is that I'm under weight like I'm 87 pounds ish, just today I weighed myself and I was 89, I've never gone higher than 87 weight wise so I should probably excersize a lot more. But I need some tips and on how to actually get skinnier because I've worked out almost everyday for 2 months now and I see 0 changes:(

    this is so motivational. I am a skinny fat and whenever i tell someone that i want to start doing some sports and stuff they all go crazy and tell me that i am skinny already. And the biggest reaction comes from my friends that are a bit cubbier than me. they all look with even disgust sometimes by thinking that i wanna lose wait but i fucking dont! i just wanna build some muscle. ughhhhh so bored of that same conversations

    This personal trainer is an idiot when it comes to nutrition. Those so called "sugary" snacks average 50% calories from fat. Fat makes you fat, not sugar, and it also damages the epithelial cells in your arteries. Not only that, but animal fats are solid at body temperature and thus they clog your arteries. It's really simple...the fat you eat is the fat you wear. The way you reverse heart disease and diabetes is to eat a whole food plant based diet. Eat like a Kenyan, or like the Chinese pre-1980, and you'll be lean just like them. And for those with blood pressure issues walk vigorous for 30 minutes daily and cut stressful motherfuckers out of your life.
