    I have been eating paleo and working out 4-5 times a week for 2 months now and have barely lost a thing 😩😰
    I have slightly high cortisol.. but surely I should be losing something. (As in, not losing any body fat percentage.. only gaining muscle..)

    I liked Ashley's words at the end. I've always been skinny-fat so I could "get away with" eating cookies and chips but recently I've started gaining weight like crazy and it's time to be honest with myself and cut out all of those junk foods. I know it won't be easy after a lifetime of eating rubbish but I've already got gallstones and I don't want any more health problems.

    Just a heads up... if you take melatonin every day, your body will stop producing it on its own. If you're not having trouble sleeping, there's no need to take a supplement for it.

    Claire's posture is super worrisome in her after picture. I'm not sure if she's just posing like that or if that's how she genuinely stands now, because if that's the case, she's developed a very severe anterior pelvic tilt, which can cause major lower back problems, and even nerve pinching. I'm shook that their trainer allowed that to happen. Please work-out responsibly and make sure you're checking your posture during every exercize. If that is really what she looks like now it will take her weeks to fix that.

      Her muscles became more defined so it just looks that way. Her derrière peeled up due to the working out so it just adds to the way her posture looks. She’s standing straight up, but now it looks more like an s line

      actually essential fat percentage for women is 10 to 13 percent so as long as she doesn’t get below that she is fine.

    Claire's body looked just like an Instagram fitness model. It just goes to show that the models they use are typically already naturally skinny or 'skinny fat'. Thats not to say she didn't work hard for it but that one body type isn't achievable for everyone and shouldn't be the only representation of what 'fit and healthy' looks. Especially since, to the average person, we look at those models and wonder why our bodies will never look the same but what is often left unsaid is that they have a different build, metabolism and body type from us all together and our 'healthy' body may never look like the ones in the magazines.

    I always can stick to some workout routine but i've never been able to change my nutrition like that, since I live with my parents, and I have to eat what's here, which is not always healthy 😁 and that's why you can always see some minor changes, but never anything big

    I just cant believe that they achieved such incredible results within six weeks :o seems really unreal to me considering that you can maybe workout 3-4 times a week as a beginner and its very important for the body to rest in order to build muscle... but its definitely a motivation to eat healthier

    I think I'm somewhat like Claire, my arms are sticks, like my wrists look abnormal, but my stomach looks a lot more fat, like I've been trying to lose weight, excersize more (but I can't since I'm only 12 and can only work out in my house and it's too dark for me to go out and run most of the time) the weird thing is, is that I'm under weight like I'm 87 pounds ish, just today I weighed myself and I was 89, I've never gone higher than 87 weight wise so I should probably excersize a lot more. But I need some tips and on how to actually get skinnier because I've worked out almost everyday for 2 months now and I see 0 changes:(
