Love your videos. Just wondering out of curiosity, would this ganache be good for decorating character cakes? I'm planning to do your black forest cake for my boyfriend's birthday and decorate it as his favourite cartoon character which happens to be brown. Could I also add something to the frosting such as cherry extract?

Hello Emma, if I'm using smaller pans like maybe 6 inch or a 9 inch is it the same baking time and temperature? I currently only have a Turbo convention oven so when I bake I kind of need to adjust like the temperature and baking time.

No - both versions of the recipe are to make the cake shown in the video. Emma provides her recipes in the two common ways people use when baking: weighing out ingredients using a scale, using grams; and measuring ingredients by volume, using cups.
