    the cake - the ingredients:
    200 g butter
    200 g sugar
    3 tb cocoa powder, with a bit of hot water
    3 eggs
    200 g plain flower
    backing pwoder
    a bit of salt
    - mix it all

    why always chocolate ? :( every cookie and pie and cake is constantly chocolate , still remember you say " who does not like chocolate come on everyone does " well I do not , I prefer vanilla , fruit , fruit , fruit , and I have not once seen it a bit healthier , use some oats sometimes or ricemeal or whatever ? just coconut , raw or sweetened with some honey , not syrup plse , I am not allowed to eat sugar :( btw all those cakes look delicious yes but all the same

    Hello!!!! I made this chocolate cake it was super and duper . I'll just say it was AMAZING!!!!! I add 1 table spoon of Nescafe Coffee in boiled water just to make thick paste. I couldn't believe that I made that cake. I recommend this mouthwatering cake to every baking lover!!!!! Thank u sooooo much.😍😋😘😇

    I usually add cold water to cocoa powder and whisk it up with a milk frother to make that cocoa paste. Using cold water results in a less bitter flavour I think.

    I've made the cake and the sponge fell apart right after I removed it from the cake pan. I have used Tefal cake pan , not a springform pan and it's diameter was a little bit larger than this one. Can you give me some advice about it?

    Jamie, can u answer my question? Do you use oven with upper and lower section heated or only lower? I made this cake and it became a little bit dry on top. I am not sure if I can use both side of oven while backing
