My sister has the same name saoirse (I'm irish)
She's a great actor and she's beautiful
Caoimhe can also be pronounced kee-va. Even in Ireland there’s a few variations of it, depends on accents, but all the caoimhes I know pronounce it kee-va.
He interrupts so much, doesn't let the conversation flow and listen to the interviewe, who is the interesting person we want to listen to
Spell it Sersha, then people will get it right.
Saoirse reminds me so much of Rowan Blanchard
what the heck was that?
Man he would not shut up lol when she was trying to teach him
Шиван, Квиве ничего сложного, просто русские слова написаны латиницей

English comedian Tony Hawks went round Ireland with a fridge for a bet. The fridge was dubbed Saoirse (which I'm sure he said was pronounced Seersha). Either way, it's a lovely name, meaning 'Freedom'. :-)
It’s so funny cause I’m Irish and I have lots of friends with those names and I’m just here watching Americans trying to pronounce them 🤣🤣
*where's my Waterford squad at!?*
My names Oisìn and I’m irish🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮

Well Oisin that's an ivory coast flag so get your act together
And I always thought French is the only language where u don't pronounce the way you spell.... I was wrong!
You do pronounce it the way it's spelled. They're notenglish names! They're Irish names spelled and pronounced according to our Irish language. That's like pronouncing English names with French phonetics...pure stupid
Irish ppl hate colbert
She's definitely very confident and bossy.. Not sure if that's hot or just rude.
+Don Draper That sounded smart, but I don't think anyone likes attitude and barked orders. That could annoy alphas, betas, sigmas, omegas, and all other bullshit labels of people.
MrGriff305 it depends where you stand on the alpha-beta male spectrum. Alpha men would definitely find her personality attractive. People with less self-confidence might find her intimidating.
+Kuntum Anurag ha.. 50/50 so far
It’s unattractive and rude
Wtf, u write something, and then Pronounce it as something else!
Who else hates it when people pronounce your name wrong?
Man that was hard
Christ, how many times does this shite have to be done? She should have told him to fuck off.
She's trying to do the "Catholic" thing, and start punishing people. This isn't a real person, only some girl who was "attracting".
Irish? Lol, she speaks some shitty hillbilly accent, not even close to Irish.
How would you know Marko?
Flipped s*** when she mention skin color
I would say Irish names are weird as hell with the pronunciation compared to how they’re spelled, but then they probably think the same of many American names :).
Pretty obvious from what I said, I don’t expect the names to be pronounced in the way that Americans perceive pronunciation.
Irish names are pronounced with Irish phonetics. Why would you pronounce them with English phonetics? You pronounce them as they're spelled in the Irish language
Hold up...does Saoirse really have an Irish accent?!
Thank you LORD fer yer daughter Saoirse gift fer strory tellin.
How do you not want to marry her??
3 Decades ago the Americans would kill any Irish person they saw...

Her forehead reminds me of my crush who rejected me and got married inside her family she beautiful...hm

What I heard was Jacksepticeye in ladies version
She was only 21 years old here, but seems so much older/more mature than a mere 21.
She is such a great talent and a delight to watch.

whats the difference between irish and scottish accent
Well they are two totally different countries.. but check out the videos from Shaun for Scotland and Try and Facts videos for some examples of at least one region of each country. Irish is on Facts and Try videos. And I am sure there are others too.
Come on stop fucking interrupt her!
Oiy, That's a precious little one with all her accents and knowing words and all. No blarney at tall.

OMG isn't he the most annoying person ever. Let the girl speak for God's sake and listen to her advice
Saoirse was the first choice to portray Luna Lovegood in Harry Potter.
There are a lot of Mexicans as white as she is. I dated a Mexican girl with a Mexican dad and Mexican mother and Mexican grandfathers. She was white as milk and had red freckles. If she didn't say a word you could think she might be Irish.
Irish women are the best! BEST!
you havent really met one yet
I love Irish people and their peculiar accent...😍...Ya love from India 🇮🇳
An absolutely delightful and elegant young lady! Wish we had more of these nowadays :-)

Stephen is so incredibly charming 😄 I laughed when he said go to hell haha
As an Irish language teacher, I fail to see the problem in pronouncing the spelling.. lol. Yeah, I fail. Ba mhaith liom a cuid Ghaeilge a chloisteáil.

Nice beautiful woman with hot legs. I will date this Irish chick.

lol im literally born and raised in america but i literally know at least one person with each of these names
In loyalist territory tadhg (téig) is slang for Catholic. KAT is a common graffiti. =Kill All Téigs. Saoirse means freedom.
I have to show my partner this! We both love Stephen Colbert as we watched him since the beginning of the Colbert Report. He's American but his DNA test shows he's half Irish & half English (there's less than 5% of Welsh but he's basically those 2 halves); he also knew that from being told about it from his family members, plus they stayed in one region for hundreds of years (he's also afraid that's he's inbred; he's in very good health so I don't know he worries about that; I did his family tree with his families help & there's zero indication of this, especially in the last 100 years so I wish he would quit worrying about that; plus, the region his mother & father are from is very vast & very populated area in Texas; before that they migrated from Jamestown, VA, & Massachusetts, which he also makes fun of latter as my father is from Worcestor, MA, like Conan O'Brien, but doesn't have an accent, & my dad's first generation Czech/Polish). For whatever reason, he prefers to be Scottish instead of Irish. His first names is James so maybe that is the reason. He puts down my German/Austrian side (my German/Austrian family fought against psycho Hitler & his cronies) & my Catholic side. He also puts down my Polish side because he says there's must be a reason for all the jokes (I'm used to it, though, since my maiden name is Polish but you would think people might think I still could be of other ethnic backgrounds possibly - esp. in the U.S.; oh well, I'm proud of my Polish heritage; they went through literal Hell to get here & they're not Jewish; I'm not taking away from their plight at all, plus my paternal side helped a lot of Jewish people hide; I appreciate my ancestors were shot dead or shot at versus a slow death but it still sucked for all; I married someone who was Jewish who is now deceased). I think he disassociates with his Irish side because a lot are still Catholic. I joke with him because his family just came to the states (before the colonies became officially united) right after protestants became the majority religion in England. Anyhow, he's more religious than me & constantly pokes flaw out of the Catholic religion. I know there are horrific flaws; in the church but there are some good people that are associated with it too (i.e. Stephen Colbert; who sometimes teaches Sunday School on the side; something I attended all the way up until my Confirmation; my own father started the Young Adult Catholic Club of South Florida in the early 60s after serving in Korea for 8 yrs, where ALL faiths/backgrounds were invited as members as well; he met my Mom there & married her in 1965 and their still together today ). I don't agree that not all priests can be married (the church I went to never told me that gays would go to Hell & you can be divorced, just maybe not bring it up; they realize that the Vatican is behind & said the Bible can be open to interpretation; I go to some other Christian churches and I get you're instantly going to Hell for this or that; the God I believe in is not that judgmental nor needs to be idolized 24/7; I believe he wants us to treat others as we would want to be ourselves; do are very best to take care of what he created...to me that includes the universe AND gay people, etc.; not passed judgement on others...just only to protect ourselves when necessary - i.e. when you're being used you can say that's not a good person to associate with, etc.)/If I'm going to Hell for that than Heaven isn't all what it's cracked up to be, in my opinion. Sorry so lengthy!
One more thing, my partner wishes he was Italian above all (nothing wrong with that, my daughter is Irish, English, Italian, Spanish & Cherokee Indian from her father side). He also hates his skin complexion. I told him if he's Italian then there's a good chance he would be Roman Catholic too.
I have a feeling she does this a lot😂
Someone who went to my primary school was called Siobhan, except, when her parents named her, they thought that name was actually pronounced Sy-o-ban, so that was her name, and she had to correct teachers whenever they pronounced it technically the correct way, but not the way her parents had taught her.
No one in the world would play Mary Queen of Scots better than this absolute lady.
