    Hey Angie - have you done much research on grass fed, grass finished beef? It’s got the proper ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids, high in CLA’s, high in B vitamins, bioavailable iron, selenium and zinc, vit. A & E and even antioxidants! Is usually easy to find a small family rancher to support who raises their cows the right way. No antibiotics, hormones or other junk.

    Can I ask about that breakfast of yours? What are the amounts you use of the add ins? I know you said 2 cups of that granola to the box of cereal. What amounts of the seeds and nuts do you add? I don't want to overdue it. Also, how much of the cereal mix do you eat for breakfast? I tend to pour and pour and Thanks!

    Great that you incorporate diet/exercise BUT all the toxins from the brands of makeup you use does not align. Please do some research on all the chemicals your using with the makeup you promote! Go CLEAN, or at least organic/green with your choices! Your liver will thank you👍

    9:52 You are 100% correct. The only way to keep weight down is to eat less and exercise more. It sucks but it's a fact. And I like when you said, "age is just a your head but your body it's reality." I'm stealing that line. Thank you, Angie!

    I stopped eating cereal because of my favorite ones having so much sugar in them but you just gave me an excellent idea to take a little bit of cereal that I do like that has the least amount of sugar and then combining all those other ingredients to my own personal taste. I will definitely try that. And I’m like you I’m not a gym person I actually hate the gym it’s too boring for I work out at home as well but I did find that taking a kickboxing class and a Zumba class two or three times a week makes it so much more fun and gives me something to look forward to. Being in menopause just cant get rid of that belly fat either... grrrrr! but you look fantastic and youll still be a hot mama at 60 😉👍🏻 thanks for the tips 😘

    Angie you are such a positive person and I love that you are so uplifting to all of your followers. It’s really inspiring to hear how you took control of your diet and workout routine for the sake of your health and cholesterol levels. That takes a lot of commitment and willpower and not a lot of people follow through on this. I’m sure you inspire so many of your followers to do the same so thank you for spreading this healthy message! 🙌

    Every single morning I eat.... All organic-Two hard boiled eggs, a piece of whole wheat toast, about a cup of blueberries and either an avocado or a small plain salad (no dressing) and a big glass of orange juice with a packet of Emergen-C 1,000 mg of Vitamin C. Along with my vitamins. I’ve been doing this every morning for over a year. It gives me plenty of energy and keeps me full until lunch. Oh, and I was raised vegetarian so no meat at all in my diet. Lots of salmon, veggies, fruits, grains, beans, rice and eggs. Eating healthy is the number 1 thing for anti aging!

    I'm 58, going on 59. I lost 75 lbs in 1 year without exercise other than daily chores. I was always a vegetarian, but a big cheese head. I gave up dairy of ALL kinds. Shwoosh! The fat just melted off. I can't believe it. I had tried every diet under the sun! Whole foods, plant based did it for me.
    I eat more greens, beans and berries. I'm down 80 lbs now and never felt better. I'm just now taking a few minutes every other day to workout with light weights. I do get in my 5k steps each day. Shooting for 10k.

    I’ve tried using each and every weight loss manual and also this fat loss program “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) is the one that works for me combined with their own products to burn up fat. I don’t feel jittery or feel a crash, I am also not as starving as I used to. Since using the solutions specified in this plan, I shed 15 lbs by now. .

    Research keto plus intermittent fasting (eating once a day). It will take off a spare tire much faster and easier, plus does the most to get rid of or avoid all sorts of big and small health problems. Carbs turn into sugar in the body, you know, so it's the same as eating that much sugar. For cholesterol, or heart issues (and others) look into Ivor Cummins' videos. For keto, I like Butter Bob Briggs among many others on YT. Seriously, I lost 2 dress sizes the first month, and I had been trying via low calorie for 7 years. Also look into nutrient deficiencies (Dr. Joel Wallach videos), supplements he talks about available for much less on Dave Janda's site, OperationFreedomHealth.

    Really nice video but i can give some suggestions if you are interested. you said: chocolate and green tea are anti inflamatory. generically this is correct but since you are so precises with skin care, i can also be because it can deepen the understanding. green tea and chocolate are anti-inflamatory because they feed the bacterias that produce this antifinflamatory substance. These are the butyrade producing bacterias. That means foods can be targeted to feed bacterias. it means we dont need superfoods but foods that feed these. generally there are two things now in microbiology: health comes with a variety of bacterias and with a bigger quantity of good bacterias. you can not repopulate your gut bacterias but you can feed them to regrow them. So to feed certain types of bacterias you could eat polephynol foods which are generally red. it doesnt matter if they are superfoods or not. for example dragon fruit is not a superfood but it feeds very well these bacterias. Or, you were eating alonds but the bacterias love the almond cover... Its a very interesting topic. One way to increase is through eating a high variety of plants a week and by taling PRE biotics. One very nice prebiotic which is a bit of a secret is Partially Hydrolized Guar Gum. One scoop a day is all you need. You can put it in your cereal and has a nice taste.... The reason i am writing this because you mentioned high collesterol but there are studies that show there is a correlation between collesterol and bacterias. I think using the microbiology gives a much better control of what is good for us (we can measure range and quantity of bacterias before and after) but also keeps us safe from marketing....

      Hi Rachel~ The Skinceuticals Phloretin CF is a Vitamin C & Ferulic Acid serum, so it's very similar to the one I use which is Timeless 20% Vitamin CE Ferulic Acid serum (Timeless is about $140 less)! Also, the Phloretin product contains a ton of sd alcohol which is not good for (aging) skin. xo ~angie

    Let's see, how to ask this. Some people are just blessed with good genes (you look like you were at the front of the line when God was passing them out!) Here's my question: Is everyone in your family endowed with good skin, few wrinkles, trim body and an overall pleasing (I'm trying not to sound jealous) appearance, or can you honestly say that your regimen of a.m./p.m. facial workout, healthy eating, and exercise is mostly responsible for you looking like your only early 30's? I always looked younger than my age until maybe 58, then...screech, it all caught up. I'm 67 now and I guess my boat has sailed :-{
