  • Hydro-Québec is building a 1,550 MW hydroelectric complex located on the Rivière Romaine, north of the municipality of Havre-Saint-Pierre in Québec, Canada. Upon completion, the four generating stations, fed by reservoirs, will produce an average of 8 TWh of electricity annually.
