    so few of those showing these videos take out that wishbone to maximise the amount of white meat carved and leave so much on that bird which ends up as soup??!!

    Using a gloved hand instead of the fork while carving would make that so much easier and give you much more control.

      Leaving the wings on and removing them after carving the breasts would also help stabilize the turkey

    Turkey looks so cool to make but yo, it's so difficult to get Turkey here in my country and we don't even celebrate Thanksgiving. Whoops
