I’m catching up on your videos! Mel Thompson is right ! You are great! Have you tried Tatcha skincare routine? If so, what would you rate it? I spent $500 on a kit so with skincare I don’t want to skip on the bat of the best! Hello, thanks for sharing! ☺
I would say my skin is normal/ combination I can go weeks with no pimples and really even skin, but about once a month I get tiny break outs all over my chin and nose, one will heal then I will get another one the next day over a week then my skin will go back to normal.
I use oil every night and a face mask once a week!
I never exfoliate... Do I need to?
I also have alot of sunspots on my cheeks and small amount of pigmentation from sun damage?
Would you recommend vitamin c serum from the ordinary.

Not everyone should be drinking 2 litres of water a day. It will depend on the person, how much they're sweating (climate & physical activity), and if they have any medical conditions. It would be better to search it up yourself.

I am 45 and have been blessed with fairly good skin for the most part however the signs of aging are becoming more apparent not just in the aesthetic sense of a wrinkle etc but the cell turnover thing is messing with me BAD! I now am faced with acne and black/white heads aka textured skin! Needless to say it’s time to get a little more serious about my skincare routine! I’ve jotted down your suggestions as well as made a purchase on your site. ISO a good aesthetician at the moment since my go to moved out of state on me! I’m very nervous about needles, chemical peels, microdermabrasion etc because I am SUPER sensitive & that tingle sensation often turns into my skin is on fire take it off! Hoping to turn things around with the help of a few additions/tweaks to my routine.

Hi Brianna, I am new to your channel, I find it very informative and truthful. What kind of hydration mask would you recommend for combination acne prone skin? Is there any mask with mainly hyaluronic acid only that has a cooling sensation? Also, I am using obagi's acne system, will it be to much to exfoliation 2 times a week with scrub then glycolic lactic acid lotion 10%? I want to incorporate retinol into my routine but I am afraid would be to much with the acne step system. What will you suggest? Sorry, I have too many questions!

I live in Spain where no medical grade brands is sold except IS clinical which I do not like becuase almost all of its products contain alcohol. I have to buy Skinmedica through some Honkong site. May Us-based sites like which can ship to Spain do not sell most of brands mentioned in your videos like Sanitas, Revision, etc. please, think about selling internationally,

I am going to a chiropractor who is also a naturopath and he is working closely with me to get my body back in balance. I have really noticed a difference in my skin since I have been going to him. Right now he has me doing the Plant Paradox diet which means I have to cut out all the foods that contain lectin since I react to them. Kind of anxious to see if my skin improves even more. Gonna be an interesting diet for sure. Thank you for all the information in this video. I really appreciate it. I have been diligent with my skin care regime, but I see things that I am missing because of your video so I am going to have to work in the hyaluronic acid, and growth factor! Hi Julie, it is recommended to starft once every 2 weeks with that and then go to once every 10 days and continue slowly. I would say most people get to the point of using that product every 7 to 10 days. Its a GREAT product though and your skin will look so smooth and firm when using it!
