Triple Layered Cheesecake 三味芝士蛋糕

    Ingredients for base :
    120g Marie biscuits (马里饼)
    80g melted butter (溶化牛油)
    Ingredients for filling :
    600g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
    100g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    3 eggs (鸡蛋)- grade A
    250g whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
    15g corn flour (玉米粉)
    Divide mixture into 3 portions
    100g melted dark chocolate (溶化黑巧克力)
    1 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
    100g melted white chocolate (溶化白巧克力)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract (香草精)
    1 tbsp instant coffee powder (即溶咖啡粉)
    1 tbsp boiling water (热水)
    1/2 tsp coffee essence (咖啡香精)
    1 tbsp coffee liqueur (咖啡酒)

      Hola. Sólo tiene que copiarlos de la información que ella ofrece debajo del video y pegarlos en el Traductor Inglés-Español de Google y listo. Y tomar en cuenta algunos detalles de algunas recetas, como que la fécula de maíz o maicena, por ejemplo, aparece traducida como harina de maíz y no es así para nosotros. Y yo, particularmente, cuando no entiendo alguno de los textos o palabras del video, los copio en el traductor, para entender exactamente lo que dice. Saludos.

    When you add the cornstarch, you lose the proper consistency of a true cheesecake. Pretty, though, and probably tastes good

      I totally agree. I make tons of cheesecakes without cornstarch, of course. I did make this recipe. Consistency was ok but a bit denser than normal cheesecake. Must add sugar to recipe though because not enough calculated in recipe.

    The sugar amount is completely off for the amount of cream cheese. It was not sweet. I tested this recipe and I weighed everything precisely. Not accurate sugar quantity. 🙁

      Yes, I always have to add sugar to my taste. Japanese and Chinese use a lot less sugar in their "sweets". Go ahead and add some more, it will not affect the results.

    I don't understand why you put each layer in the oven for 30 minutes , isn't the cookie base going to get harder and harder each time even with the water bath? When I make a layered cheesecake , I freeze each layer as I put it in the pan , put the first one in then freeze , then repeat so they don't blend with each other in the oven. Just curious
