    I take the CPAT in around one month so your video on cpat workout was perfect for me. I have been doing various strength training exercises for a couple months now but was wondering if you could actually tell me more about a better diet. Right now I am mainly eating chicken breasts, wild rice, steak, eggs, and sweet potatoes with other stuff as well. Just wondering if you had a specific diet you use that really helped you with gains as well energy before an actual test. Any advice is vary much appreciated.

      Your diet sounds great. I like to eat during my workouts also. What i mean by "eating" is a shake that i make. Do you have an instagram account....
