    Yer killin me, smalls! No red onion, olive and bell pepper! Wtf? Where is the provolone? Dude, your a rookie! Step one, war up the sourdough baggett so the center gets steamy and soft. Step 2, scrape a little sauce on the top of the inside of the bread. Only the top! You don't want the bottom to get mushy. Step 3, Provolone the bottom. Step 4 you nailed. Step 5. Olives, bellpepper and red onions. Tiny bit of kosher on the raw veggies with a tiny drizzle of olive oil. Then you toast. The parsley is pretty but, redundant. It's already in there. Just squish that thing and eat it! Tiger striped cabinets? Really? Lol love you bro! Almost forgot. I love your meatball recipe. It's almost identical to mine. I do caramelize a little yellow onion with a pinch of garlic. I also add a healthy drizzle of olive oil in the mix as well. I also use a full pound of beef 1/2 pound of the other 2 and a second egg. 1 egg per pound rule. The olive oil also contributes to the texture and moisture profile. Mmmmm
